Is waterboarding torture? Condoleezza Rice does not think so.

As long as it is legal, Rice believes we have the right to do it. What a logic.

How about is it moral? Does it make our soldiers safer if they are captured in the future by another warring nation? Does it leave any credibility for us to ask other countries not to engage in torture and human rights violations?

Torture is always wrong and immoral. And it should certainly always be illegal.
