Conservative Radio Host Mancow Tries Waterboarding

Well, I now have a degree of respect for Mr. Mancow that I didn't have before (based on some of his previous comments).

The fact that he had such a strong reaction makes the point against torture, especially when you consider that Mr. Mancow chose to have this done to him, he knew he was in a friendly setting and the waterboarding was not done to the full extent that it would have been for a detainee (according to the officer who performed it).

It makes a bigger impact on conservative audiences when people they already like and respect say emphatically that waterboarding is torture -- I believe Sean Hannity cavalierly offered to be subjected to this some months ago, but as far as I know he hasn't gone through with it.... (not that I'm in favor of anyone being tortured).
